Depends on many things, like track conditions, tires, altitude and weather, but I have seen many stock lightnings go 13.3-13.6 at my home track. I'm sure with a few mods 12's would be very easy. Sounds like you may already be there but you should go and see for yourself.

Guy at my home track is running points with one. 13.2 to 13.4 dead stock with street tires too. Not too shaby for close to 5,000lbs.

Local guy Ran 12.6 last year with out juice, but yeah, he's modded. Yesterday he ran 12.5 spraying but the track had NO traction anywhere and his he blew a fuse on the nitrous at half track.
