Moot point. BFG does not make a drag radial in that size. The closest to that size is a 255/50R16. My buddy pulled a 2.0 60' with a fairly worn set on a '91 5.0. I will tell you how they hook in a couple months with my car.

"Steve Y" is correct. The size you probably mean is 255/50/16, not 245/50/16. Not much difference size-wise though between the two.

I'm on my 4th set. You can check my sig for 60' times. The last dyno pull showed 335 RWHP and 345 RWTQ. And that was with a bad Opti.

I generally run ~18 psi in them and do a hot burnout.

Considering I only have a 2800 converter and my porky race weight I'd say, Yeah, they hook pretty well

I did pretty well on them, time in the sig, raceweight was 38XX with only a 2600 converter. Theyre pretty damn good.

They hook good (on a well prepped track), they more of a "drag racing" tire as opposed to the Nittos

60' times and mods in sig. I usually adjust tire pressure from 16-18 psi depending on how good the track is hooking.

Russ, is that a full on clutch dump or are your riding it out, if riding it out about when does full engagement come in?
