Where to buy LT1 Edit

Where can I buy LT1 Edit and the serial port connection? Also after I buy it where can I find someone to customize my files? For example if I built a 383 with aftermarket higher flowing heads and a blower, cam, etc. who could help me with the PCM editing part?

www.carputing.com is the source for LT1_Edit.

The best tune is not going to be via mail-order, but is done on a dyno supplemented by road testing. But if that's impractical, www.pcmforless.com has a good reputation for mail-order tuning.
