call me an idiot, been messing with my spark limiter. And I remember hearing that one is "safer" for the car then the other.

car is n/a, whats safer to have cutout first? spark or fuel?

 

I've always heard that it's better to cut the spark than fuel.

Cutting fuel = lean = kaboom.

 

Hey Eric, you don't need no stinkin rev limiter But anyways, what they said. Spark. You shouldn't be near the revlimiter once you/we put your clutch in. Then you have the wonderful 500 "easy" miles. I'm at 400 now, only 100 miles to go

 

Cut spark unless you can cut both at the same time. If you cut fuel, it goes ultra lean in a hurry and your pistons go bye bye.
