what knock sensor to use

I am doing a obd1 swap on my 97 trans am along with the LT4 knock module.
Do I keep my 97 knock sensor or use the old obd1 style?
Thanks. James

Re: what knock sensor to use

You either have to get a 93-95 knock sensor, or have the OBD-I PCM modified to accept the signal from the higher impedance 96/97 knock sensor.
