What is the differance between F.A.S.T. system bank/bank +sequential?

What is the differance between the F.A.S.T. system bank/bank and sequential?

How do these work and how would one of these systems help a bored and stroked motor?

Is the F.A.S.T. system still considered EFI and will they be legal in the N vs S shootout? Thunder Shootout?

TIA
Tom

There are several differences between the two systems.

bank/bank
Value priced
It fires half the injectors each 180 degrees of crankshaft rotation Ideal for converting from carburation
Control IAC, FAN, FUEL PUMP, and single stage Nitrous.
Can be upgraded to Sequential at any time

Sequential (SEFI)
Top of the line system
Individually fires each injector for optimized fuel delivery
Designed for those who demand maximum power and tuning
Control either 3 stage Nitrous or IAC,
Individual cylinder control & spark control

These are some of the major differences between the two systems.

As far as the shootouts i am not familiar with Thunder shootout. That would be left to their sanctions. Whether they permit stand alone EFI systems to be ran.

Maybe this helps some.
