What can I use to open .cal files ?

I had a tuner use tuner cat software to tune my obd2 car. I want to be able to open my files and view whats going on and what was changed ... I will include the file for others to view if I can figure out how to attach it.

Obd1 tunercat can tune as many as you can hook to. Tunercat 2 can do the same. It is no longer available anymore, however they did sell it to JET, whom has renamed and repackaged the sofware as JETDST. It will work on 4 vehicles only and costs a $100/vehicle after that.
