You may want to do a little research before people start flaming you. 94 was still OBDI. OBDII was not used until 96, so you are just trying to use a different OBDI setup as an OBDII conversion would be alot of work and not worth it. Converting to OBDII requires changing the timing cover and installing a third O2 sensor.

That being said, I'm not sure what it would take to convert from 93 to 94-95 OBDI, but at least now you can ask the correct question.

You want to convert to a 94-95 ecm, OBDII started in 96.

I am unfaniliar with the 93, and I see that you were already advised in another thread that it cannot be done. If it can be done, it is probably just up to how many parts you are willing to replace. I'm sure you would need to change your engine wiring harness, but I am not sure of what other parts you may need, i.e. O2 sensors, MAF, MAP, Opti.

Once again, I know nothing about the 93 and this is all just speculation. I am just helping you to correct your terminology so that you might get the answers that you are looking for.

You'll need a 94-95 PCM and engine wiring harness and maybe a few wiring modifications to get power and ground to the places they need to be.

You seem to be under the mistaken impression that a 93 cannot be dyno tuned.

Which is irrelevant to whether you can have your car dyno tuned.

If the list of mods in your sig is current, then why do you need a dyno tune anyway? Get a mail-order tune.

Yes, 1993s require another chip to change programming. 1994s and later use flash programming.

Yes, that's true but you need to find a shop that has an emulator and an eddy current dyno. If they know what they are doing they'll be able to dial it in even better with the '93 since they will be able to do it real time with the emulator. To my knowledge, that cannot be done with '94-'95 style computers (for LT1).
