Question "VATS" I need help with resistance!(shoebox)

I talked to the dealership to get the resistance of the chip in th key. Oh , I am working in a 96 cadillac fleetwood. They salvage yard lost the key and broke the column. Anyway I talked to the guy at the dealership to get the resistance across the key. His exact words were "it uses the 05 chip". I said ok and hung the phone up. But when I checked shoebox's website it doesn't list an 05 ohm resistance, what did he mean? The place is close already, so I can't call back. If anybody can help it would be appreciated. As I am not very savy on the whole ohm readings.
I have a multimeter.

thanks, I bought a couple of resistors and came up with exactly 1130 ohms. I put it in line and the pass fault light went out. But It still WON'T attempt to crank. I am going to check other things. Is there any other thing specific I should check?
