which unit should I buy for my Camaro LT1?

Just wondering which scanning unit to but for my 96Z. It has the LT1 and I have added headers, cold air box, chip, and a couple of other cheap bolt ons? I may add some heads later but I really want one of these so which unit would suit me best just to tune her in a little.

What scan tool you purchase depends on what equipment you have and such.

I'll tell you, if I had a handheld, I'd have probably gotten Autotap for Palm. There's another one out there for handhelds too but I can't remember what exactly it's called.

I run Autotap on my laptop. It's expensive but, compared to the less expensive one from obd-2.com, it's much easier to use and understand. It's less complicated and more powerful too IMO.

Autotap for palm is the only way to go. vrey quick start up and I made a holder out of one of those suction cup note pads so that I could see it while I'm driving.
