Cooling fans stay on after program upload

Cooling fans stay on after program upload
I uploaded a custom tune from pcmforless and the fans come on when I start the car and run constantly. This was a program for an idle increase to compensate for a cam. The original pcmforless program was fine when i uploaded it 2 months ago. Why would this program for a simple idle increase cause this. No ses light either.
