whats a good tuning program for the lt1s?

You have to tell us if its a 93 (OBD-I replaceable chip), a 94-95 (OBD-I flash/fixed chip) or 96-97 (OBD-II). Each of those requires different software.

You have at least two choices, LT1_Edit for OBD-II, or TunerCat for OBD-II, now licensed by TunerCat to JET and sold as the Spectrum, or something like that.
