Tuning out o2 sensors? Want open loop tune

well, i want to tune my car and eliminate my o2 sensors and run it in open loop at all times, and am curious how to go about doing it?

Also, i must say, im trying to do a tune on my car to run rich, and when it goes into closed loop, the o2's lean it WAY out, too far out actually, so, i just want to ditch them.

okay, my main questions, are
Under the PCM constants, theres several "closed loop" thresholds

They are
"Minimum cool temp for closed loop"
Min cool temp for cloosed loop, cold MAT
Cold closed loop timer threshold
Hot closed loop timer threshold

I know the first one needs to be turned all the way up, not sure about the other three though?
My tune is good while in open loop, but when it warms up and goes closed loop is when it starts having problems.

The first two parameters you mentioned should be turned all the way hot. The other two you can leave alone. Then just go to the "open loop AFR vs map vs coolant temperature" and adjust the cells using a wideband. Then you will need to tune out the codes for the O2 sensors or you will get a check engine light. Hope this helps.

thanks, WS6 pilot, are you running an open loop tune?
