Tunercat second to none!!!!

Here's the deal. I bought the tuner file from him, late one night, and the definition file. he e-mailed me with the passwords and sent a attachment with the definition file,( his responce time was great, like 4 hrs) the problem is for some unknown reason the laptop would not accept the definition file. I tryed to load it a dozen differnt times and Mailed him just as many times and each time he would mail me back and he would suggest a possable cure. His customer service is second to none, finaly we figgured out that there is some problem with the transfer of the definition file, He then offered to send me the files on a disk. I agreed and then told him I hoped to start tuning on the car ASAP so that I could fire the fresh motor, he next day aired the disk to me to get me up and running, I have loaded it and it seems to wok perfectly now. His cusomer service is second to none, he did not charge me the $10 to put it on a disk as his site lists, further more he PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AIR cost (13.65) to be exact!!!! It's a shame all automotive related businesses dont conduct business like this man!!!!!!!!!! Just thought all you guys should know this, this guy deserves all the business we can give him!! Thanks TC,
Matt

customer service is top notch but their trouble shooting skills.. at least in my case werent that great. for some reason windows XP gives me and error message and closes when i try to copy a field in a chart from one file to another and they work with me to try to fix it but the problem still persists

I have had great luck with TC as well. As for your Windows XP problem I am not sure what to say about that. I use TC in a laptop (Dell Inspirion 8200) and a homemade Athalon desktop. Both systems uses XP Pro for the operating systems and I have not experienced any problems to date with the software and XP Pro.

Wow, that is strange, sounds like a clip board issue or maybe even an FPU thing, strange though indeed. Unfortunately Windows is the wide world of mysterious problems, I remember NOT being able to get something to work under IIS for one of our dbs here, and I normally can fix anything, given the time.

Thankfully the developer was able to fix it, after a couple days of being puzzled, but he had to login to the box here to do it, and really without being in front of a machine its pretty hard to near impossible depending.
