TunerCat puestion

I am going to get a new computer from Advance Auto and it has to be programmed to the vehicles VIN. Can I do this with TunerCat?

Not change the VIN, no. You'll need vinedit.exe, which I believe Jordon Musser wrote sometime ago. It's floating around the web, and I have it too if you want it.
