Tuner Cat Timing tables

I have a couple of questions. I am using Tuner cat OBDII and I can't find any files other than stock I can compair, does anyone have a .cal file they would like to share? Is there any website you guy's know of that has file sharing for OBDII. My main objective right now is to get a good timing table setup. I get false knock, I think it is from my headers so I desensitized my knock sensor under WOT but I am only running 35 Degrees of timing at WOT is this does this sound right for a hot cam 91 octain.
Also I have a buddy that has a stock LS1 and I just bought the definition file for his car and I am wondering how much timing would be ok to add? And should I add some accross the board or only on the top end?
Any help is greatly apreachiated.

I think you need to use 93 Octane but here is my timing table at 100KPA. This is when I was Normally Aspirated.
