Which tuner cat program do I need?

I know I need the $EE ECM definition file to tune my 94, but which program should I order? There's a Tuner, RT Tuner, Tuner update, and RT Tuner upgrade. I just bought my USB OBD1 cable and I would like to have the program up and running by the time the cable gets here later this week.

I have Tuner.
Real Time Tuner is for certain eeprom based PCM's when using an eeprom emulator.
Tuner update I would imagine is for people who already have Tuner and want to update it...?

Awesome, thanks. That's the answer I was looking for. Any words of caution before I enter this endeavor? I've done my research, or so I think

Get an extra PCM now. Don't wait. You can take every precaution in the book and still fry one. I know, from experience (I've fried 2 in the past 8 years of tuning). Better to have one available and not have to wait 2-5 days to get one!

A slight variation on the theme - start looking for one now, so you can pick one up for $50 or less at your leisure, rather than paying 2-4x that much if you are in a hurry.

I'm just going to solder sockets to my computer if I ever fry my PCM. That way I can just plop in 2 new flash chips. I've been tuning and tinkering with my car for almost a year now with no issues... probably almost 100 flashes, on a homemade cable.
