Getting the the codes P0412 - Air pump I can probally figure this one out and I am also getting codes P1641 and P1642 which is FC Relay 1, 2, & 3 Control Circuit. What is this? Second ? Who does the best program PCMForless Ed Wright or some body else and does anyone have a number for Ed. Thanks Matt

 

Not totally sure but it looks like the fan control relay circuit, check your relay's and the fuses. (just saw your sig. if you put in the 160 therm. it might be the fans not coming on, I got a error like it on my OBDI and after lowering the fan temps to match the therm, it went away.)


For the PCMforless, you would need Bryan, his phone is Phone 610-685-8871 Hours 4PM to 9PM M-F, but he went in for surgery this am, so he won't be back for 4-5 days.

 

Checked the fuses on the fan relays and it was blown. Replaced it and blew again. It Only blows when i start the car not when I switch it to the on position. I assume something is grounding out somewhere but can't find it any ideas on where to look. All the connections look fine nothing appears to be out of the ordinaty.
