TPS % not reading 100% at WOT in scanmaster

Anyone think of a reason the TPS % in Scanmaster would read 7.5 % instead of 100% at WOT?? My TPS voltage is showing 4.8v at WOT. Wierd thing is that it seems to read the correct % other than at WOT. I am getting a TPS high voltage code so I will have to slot the sensor to correct that, but I wouldn't think that would cause the issue I am seeing?? I will correct that problem first and maybe that will be my solution.

Whats the voltage with the throttle closed? Does the voltage climb smoothly and without gaps as you open the throttle with the pedal?

The high voltage code is based on exceeding 4.9V for more than 1 second. That's not likely a TPS adjustment issue. Its more likely to be the signal wire shorting (intermittent?) to the reference wire, or a short on the sensor windings.

Injuneer, I'll email you a datamaster scan I did ealier today and let me know what you think. Seems to read % just fine up until it hits 4.8V. I never see it ago above 4.9V but it still throws the high tps voltage code.
