Timing reduction issue

All,

Reprogrammed my car to reduce timing when the coolant got above 92 C as an experiment. On the table, I took out 4 degrees but upon using Datamaster, it showed anywhere from 11 to 8 degrees taken out. This is approximate because I have not analyzed at what RPM, etc. that each differnet timing was taken out.

Bottom line: seems the mystery timing was also taken out but that doesn't exactly correlate either.

I have reprogrammed to what I had before but have not datalogged as of yet.

What am I seeing?

Tunercats? which table did you modify? ...keep in mind that lots of other tables are referenced as modifiers so it can be annoying to figure everything out.

Yes, TC.

Modified the coolant vs map table.

Thank you,
Ben
