Timing / Knock retard

what is normal ? at idle i'm showing up to 23deg of timing and knock stays below 1deg but while driving its went as far as 2 or 3 deg... and timing while driving up to 40 deg..please help is this ok ?

ARe you at high altitude? I ask because someone else on the board was seeing almost constent kr at anything over .4 map and it might be due to his high altitude location (over 5000').

yes i belive its over 5k the local track is abt 6k I think

I wonder what could be done to compensate? Maybe setting an AFPR higher (wonder what it reads now), or adjusting down the timing in all fields. Maybe find someone at the pits with a similar setup who scans and alters their pcm and ask what they do to correct?
