Is their a way to test the MAF sensor ?

Is their a way to test the MAF sensor ?

My scantool is showing a constant value from the maf sensor when the engine is running. Shouldn't this value change with rpm?

Yes
The air flow is constantly changing. Even at idle you shouldl notice small variations.
Are you getting a SES light?
