my car wont run after recently attemting to reprogram it it didnt even finish contacting the pcm before it said it wasnt available, didnt begin to re write over it, and now wont run well, hardly at all, if its fried would it run at all? I tried disconnecting the fuses like madwolf suggested but it started ****ing raining on me while in teh process so I didnt disconnect the battery I still cant get it to read teh pcm anyone have this problem any suggestions??

 

Disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for about 15 minutes. If it still doesn't work, then it will need to be repaired.
