Trying to pass emissions with a header, ypipe on a madwolf tune. I have passed for two years now and now after some work (where I assume they disconnected the batt) the PCM will not "relearn" and reset. States not ready for egr, catalyst and o2 heaters. I have driven for over 200 miles and still not ready. What is going on? The rear o2 sims are active we saw them on a scanner. This is a 96 BTW.
