I asked the same question a few months ago. I never found a good manual or book that goes from A to Z on the subject. I read the above sites, did a lot of searches and read this section of the forum regularly. I put together a notebook of everything I could find. Beside the above websites, do a search for tuning or engine tuning on any web search engine. Happy hunting.
