Sources for AN28F512 chips?

Doing a search on google leads me to several sources for the AN28F512 chips. I've read several posts that these are no longer available, I know Intel quit making them, but are any chips ok if they have the "Automotive" designation?
Sierria IC Inc is one of them and Usbid.
Maybe other manufactures have started making them, the posts I found were over 2 yeasr old.
