My computer will not let me scan with my code scanner or my LT1 edit program (pcmread). But, when I turn the key, the fuel pump primes and the engine starts. Since I can't disable VATS, the engine dies, and I can't do anything.

Also, If it comes to this, who can delete the whole program and reflash the base necessities so I can take it from there.
