scan problem
i tried to get my 94 formula scanned. the scanner kept saying connect to the dlc. it already was connected. has anyone had this problem

i dont know what brand it was. advanced auto parts did it though. he said it was obd1 with a aldl hook up.

Did you check the fuse for the cig lighter? It also supplies the +12V pin in the ALDL connector.

autozone or advance auto cant scan our obd 1 cars as far as i know (ecept 93)
