97 Camaro with headers, cc306 roller rockers and new springs, swap to obd1.

I have been told it will run bad but how bad? Un-drivable bad?

Car idles great but no acceleration. It is either timing(valves need adjusted, hear a couple tapping) or fuel. Or all the above.

O2 sensors are not in yet either. Will but them in before tuning. Just wanted to make sure everything mechanical was sound first.
