What is going on here is, the car is coming to a stop (city driving) and the rpm will hang around 1500rpm and very slowly drop down to the 1000 (tac) 850 in the tune what are things that will cause this??

This is in the tune as we did a pcm swap.

Try messin around with the "Throttle Follower IAC Offset vs MPH."

 

But why would this change? What do i look for when setting of the flower?
