Unhappy really frustrated with o2 sensor problem. car has major power loss. seems to be rich

Ok background story time.

the car is a 1990 Mazda RX-7.
the engine is from a 1998 Camaro SS
40-45k miles
6 speed tranny
PCM tuned by wait4me performance
air, egr, rear o2's have been deleted
2002 Camaro manifolds
dual exhaust with x pipe

I built the car myself. Pulled all unneeded wires from the stock engine harness and rewrapped everything neatly in the factory harness wrap and electrical tape. The car ran great for about 300 miles. Not a single problem. Powerful, smooth, etc.

Fast forward to now. The car currently has a pretty major power loss. Sometimes you get a bucking feeling under acceleration, but not always. Going through gas rather quickly. Exhaust smells of unburnt fuel. Soot on exhaust tips.

Had codes scanned at Auto Zone the other day. Came up with map sensor low voltage, and both o2 sensors showed both low voltage and no activity.

Map sensor and both o2 sensors were replaced. Spark plugs were also replaced with new Denso Iridiums.

Problem not solved. Map sensor code is now gone. O2 sensors still showing low voltage and no activity.

Pink wires to o2 sensors are hot when the key is on. Both showing about 12 volts according to my crappy multi meter. Grounds are functioning.

Why am I having this problem? What am I missing? Please help me! If any more information is needed please let me know and I will try to get it!
