Questions what to do after tune

With a mail order tune is it necessay to reset the computer? I never thought about it and drove it last night and today. I know some of the seldom used long terms fuel cells take time to adjust so would it be better to just keep driving it or reset it and go from there? I ran a datalog right before the tune and my idle on the left side was 128 all the time and the right side was 120 the whole time. After the tune the Left side is always higher and averages around 8 higher than the right side and is usually aroung 138 for the left long term and 130 for the right long term. What could cause this?

When you load the tune, the computer is reset.
