Im doing an LT1 swap in my 91 camaro and im trying to program my PCM (95 trans am PCM) to remove vats and egr and all that other junk, but when I turn the key and try to connect to the PCM, it says cable failure,. I know my cable works, i've used it with datamaster, now why wouldn't my PCM be getting power? Is it because vats disables it or what? I got PIN 15 and 31 on the PCM going to the battery so it should be getting power. Now why isn't my PCM responding with tuner cat? Thanks.
