Ok I will be the one to ask the question....

Why do you want 2 MAFs?
Or are you asking if our cars have 2 MAFs?

I am thinking of making a twin turbo FI big block and adopting

LT1 system on it, that's why.

If you've got the $$$ to build a twin turbo big block, you've got the $$$ to do it properly and buy a FAST, Accel/DFI or MoTeC, and set it up speed-density without the MAF sensor(s). Each of those computers is equipped to handle 2-3bar MAP sensors, waste gates, etc..... things that get a little difficult on a factory LT1 computer.
