Programming Rev Limiter

Hey guys, I'm running on a stock bottom end and I was going to purchase a hypertech tuner......is this a good one to go with? any testimonials?

Also, would it help me at all to switch the shift point from about 6k where it's at right now up to 6200?

For way less than a Hyper-crap you can get a custom tune.

I just want to be able to tune my car every single time I add a modification...that's why I was considering going with a hypertech

what would a custom tune run me and what would be involved? would I have to send in my pcm?

Go custom tune. Something to consider is that you don't need to shift at 6200 if you have a stock motor. Further, I floated valves because of this issue...well the springs showed like 40 lb pressure when we got them off.

Just consider everything before you go and do something.
