I don't understand why everyone is having such a problem with XP?
Tunercat works, datamaster works, Power Programmer works, Directscan works.....

 

I know this will sound dumb but, in tuner cats did you click the ECM toolbar and select the pcm_EE? It should have a check by it.

I ask because I have the same problem, then my buddy(teeeman)
checked it and selected the right one and it worked good.

 

yeah that was my first problem, i got all excited ran outside selected EE....and it still didnt work... i was so pissed lol im buying a new laptop and im gunna wipe the hdd and install a new os, hopefully it should work good then
