Programming firmer shifts?

I am new to tunercat and after looking at all the tables for the tranny im not sure which i need to adjust or if i need to adjust more than one of them(for harder shifts). This maybe a stupid ? but im new to this and there isnt much info on tuning these cars that i can read about,so ill just start learning by throwing ? out there. Thanks for replies!!

Here is what I did, but I have the performance switch... I'm sure you've heard of it, and you can install one on your '94. Search LT1 Tech if you don't know what I'm talking about...

Anyways, there is a switch on my car that activates the performance shift mode. There are seperate tables for shifting, some are based on beingin that performance mode.... Performance Up/Down Shift Points -and- Line Pressure Offset vs. TPS% (Performance Mode). There are normal tables for those as well. There are also WOT tables (Kickdown) and a few others.

I changed these:

Line Pressure Offset Vs. TPS% (Normal Mode)
Line Pressure Offset Vs. TPS% (Performance Mode)

I selected all of my normal table and lowered all the values by 3. Then I did the same to the performance mode, I highlighted the entire table, and then added 3 to all those values. Its a very easy thing to do. And I can feel an even bigger difference between the 2 modes. I like having my switch and just bumping it up across the board.

You'll notice other line pressure tables too...

Main Line Pressure 0-64 MPH
Main Line Pressure 64-128 MPH
Line Pressure Modifier Vs. Current Gear
Line Pressure Modifier in WOT Vs. RPM
--
--
Line Pressure Modifier Vs. Gear Vs. Trans Temp
Downshift Pressure Modifier 2-1 Vs. MPH
Downshift Pressure Modifier 3-2 Vs. MPH
Downshift Pressure Modifier 4-3 Vs. MPH

But with these other tables, you can change things where you want... and based on a variety of things. Of course that requires you to know exactly what to do... 4th gear shifts too soft? 2-1 downshift to hard? etc.
