Problems with 98 LS1 PCM

Hey guys, Im running into a few PCM related problems with my LS1 swap. Im using a TPIS aftermarket harness adapted to my original 1967 camaro harness. Ive got all four leads to the fuse block, starter, ignition, and battery hooked up, all charging 12 volts. Heres the problem: I turned the key to the on position, expecting the PCM to tell my fuel relay to to turn on my fuel pump, and I got nothing. I jumped around the green PCM wire in the relay and the pump switches on perfectly. For whatever reason my PCM wont tell my the relay to turn the pump on , and Im totally stumped. Of course when I try to crank the car it just spins because I have no fuel to the injectors, but the coil packs and injectors both read 12 V hot. Does this mean I need a new PCM?????? I REALLY hope not.

Well the thing is MTI did the reprogramming over a year ago, when I first picked up the engine and trans, so If I bring my problems to them Im pretty sure theyre gonna say the problem occured aftre they did the work. Does anybody else have any suggestions?
