Please help with the programming for my TC!!

i just installed a new TCI 3000 torque converter on my 94 Z28 (OBD1) and i have the infamous high-stall problem. (Car shifts from 1st to 3rd at WOT, and doesn't disengage 3rd until you shut off the car and restart it) I've already asked Madwolf and PCMforless to help me out with the problem...I bought tunes from both of them....neither of them worked. I understand that Ed Wright has a true fix for the solution, but I don't have enough $$ right now to buy ANOTHER tune yet. I need to know if anyone has found a workaround for this problem OTHER than the Ed Wright tune....if no other solution exists, I'll have to go that route. PLEASE help me!!

Bryan has a fix for it, if he gave you the tune with the fix in it you might need to start looking for something else wrong with the car. Or at least let him know it didn't fix it.

I already explained that the problem is not in the tune. I guess it will take a 3rd tuner to come to the same conclusion...

I didn't mean to put-down either of your programming services...I'm just very frustrated as to not being able to find a solution to my problem. I have already double-checked the installation of the TC and everything appears to be fine. I have the same problem as this guy:

However, in my case Bryan's fix did not work...a few others have also posted that the fix does not always work, and they end up switching to OBDII...which I HOPE I don't have to do.
