PCM's

Does anyone know if a 95 Z28 6 speed PCM will work in a 94 Z28? I recently took out my A4 and installed a T56 6 speed and now my speedometer is way off. Thanks

Re: PCM's

It will need to be reprogrammed I believe. My PCM fried and I ended up with an A4 pcm and I put it in my M6 and the speedo was way low and it had me in full time skip shift, even though the light on the dash didn't light up, I only had 1st and 4th...no reverse. I burnt it and all was fine.

hmmmmm...as far as I know. One time I friend my PCM so I took the PCM out of my friends 95, put it in my 94 and drove it home without a problem...so yeah, I would say it works.

Re: PCM's

the speedometer scaler is off. the a4 scaler is 27 the m6 scaler is 17. had that happen to me before. if youhave tunercat just go to the tools menu speedo calibration and enter that you have afbody m6 and calculate it then apply then hit ok
