OK I had my pcm reprogrammed by a VERY reputable place here in the Chicago suburbs & I won't say the name until I find out if they really did screw this up because I'm not here to try and ruin there reputation.

I changed rear-end gears in my 97 T/A and I brought it in to have the gear sized changed, and the fans to turn on sooner, and the shifts firmed up.
Now here comes my problems, ever since they did the programming I have a 3200 stall converter it is shifting into overdrive @ 35 mph. When the car had stock programming it went into overdrive @ 45mph under normal driving conditions shouldn't this have been raised instead of being lowered?? Now I have been told today that the programming has ruined my torque converter? I have only put about 150 miles on the car since the programming was done and now the converter does not lock-up all of the time? Has anyone ever had this problem & if so what was the fix?
