Is pcm for less better then Hypertech??

Is pcm for less better then Hypertech??
I have a 6 speed 94 camaro with allot of bolt ons and a lt4 hot cam. I currently have the hypertech prgrammer. Would I see and feel better results with a pcm for less programmer over hypertech. I heard pcm can take out top speed limiters, run cooler fan temps, gear changes, cam tunes, skip shift, should I stick with hypertech ????? How is pcm programmers anyways are they worth the money?

Hypertech is no comparision to Custom programming, Give me a shout at qicsan@yahoo.com. I do alot local programming in Michigan, Canada and Ohio. No mail order here, I sit right in your car and you see instant results, or you can send me your pcm with your mods but I prefer in person so I can dial in your part throttle also. Mail orders can't dial in. Ion and Bryan are both great programmers, I have done business with both.
