PCM convert... possible?

Say I got a PCM from an auto and wanted to put it in my manual car....

Can you convert a 94 PCM from an automatic trans to manual trans by uploading the T56's tuner cat file? Or is it not that simple?

Yes, that's all it takes.. speedometer setting may require some changes for rear gears the A4 load probably has 2.73's.
