When I was having issues with the car not starting instead of going straight for the distributor I changed the ICM and after changing the distributor and finally getting the car running I had code p1351 come up consistently even after clearing it so I traced the wire to the pcm to check for damaged wire, checked the voltage while cracking and everything was within spec so I put the stock ICM back on and BAM!! no more 1351 the brand I bought was masterpro so just for reference it really does matter on what brand you buy especially when it comes to electronics for the ltx.
