$EE 95 f-body definition file needed ASAP

I downloaded the trial tunercat program - but it only has a useless definition file.

I realized this and bought the $EE file but after $19.95 paymment it says file will be emailed within 2 business days! what?

Can someone please send me the $EE file so I can read my tune, datalog and flash tweaked tune in?

I am going to a dyno Thursday and need this before then.

I have to buy the program to get the right definition file - what good is the 'free' trial?

thank you someone..

The $EE file won't help you datalog anything. Tunercat does not do that. Not likely that anyone will send you their file as that would be advocating software piracy that this board does not condone. No one has any way of judging if your request is legit or you're just looking for a freebie. You'll probably just have to wait for your file.

I understand what you say and do not argue.
I see letting someone that paid for software or a socket wrench in need of said tool be it missing or broken - and I am inclined to lend them a tool.
I do not adocate getting software for free outside the provided 'free' trails from vendors.
I have the Datamaster trial for logging - was hoping to use them together.

That said - I got the email with $EE from TC and wouldn't you know - the zip file won't open!!
I get a wrong password error at home and file is broken error from my work PC.

I was just not meant to get my PCM data on my laptop before my dyno tune tomorrow....

If you have the datamaster file and program, why can't you log using that? TC doesn't log, so I don't get what you're trying to do, unless you are trying to say that you want to modify and upload a new tune, then log it before your dyno run...

unless you are trying to say that you want to modify and upload a new tune, then log it before your dyno run -
that and save the current tune before changes.
I guess I can save the tune without the definition file - just can't read / alter it.

Here's another issue I have - the new Moates cable for a 95 can't be seen by my laptop!
I tried reading the PCM through Tunercat (Winflash installed) and it had 'no PCM found' or such error.
I tried logging, grabbed the right com port and it said ' ALDL translator found - check connection to PCM' or such...AAHHH!!!

The OBD 2 port size is correct for the cable, not at all like an OBD 1. It feels like it's plugging in just fine. Lord, I hope they did not swap PCM's on this car

So, still, I can't log or save current tune.

I'm not as stupid as this all sounds - just having a bad run of simple plug and play stuff. Too much of a hurry probably...
Hopefully the dyno guy will have correct port reading ability and give me the base tune and can tweak it on the rollers.

Kevin - the car is much better after adjusting just the fuel pressure after removing the stock regulator. I feel the current tune is very close once I get things back where they were on their dyno 5 years ago.
