P0441 No Flow During Purge.. says the PCM picked the EVAP solenoid to suck fumes out of the charcoal canister , but the vacuum sensor switch in the canister line did not detect vacuum. Could be bad EVAP solenoid, bad vacuum switch but most common is something plugged with charcoal from the canister. Take a look at this picture from shoebox http://shbox.com/1/1996_evap.jpg . solenoid #7 picks, allows vacuum from intake manifold line #5 to pass thru solenoid, vacuum sensor switch #11 should see vacuum in line #1 that sucks fumes from the canister. Try blowing out the lines, make sure lines in/out of solenoid are clear..

You may have a hole in a hose somewhere.....make sure your hoses are not dry rotted. Mine were....I just bought all new ones(about 6 months ago).
