Hey injuneer sry for the long response had a hard time finding a vacuum gauge. But I found one and I hooked it up to the intake manifold right next to where the brake booster line is I believe its for the egr but mines deleted and that port was capped off. At idle I'm reading between 16 and 17in/hg which I read is normal for a cc503. Any other ideas? Thanks so much for the help

What are the chances it could be the maf and not throw a code?

If all the data is unchanged from the frame you posted earlier, your problem is something that affects only one bank of the engine. While your extensions were not burnt, and "looked" OK, did you test them for continuity?

I have not checked for that. no chance of the opti being bad right?
