OK what better and what works?

Ok guy i have done countless hours of searching which is better to tune with MAF tables or VE tables???????,AT light throttle cruising speeds,(like driving around town not showing off). I also want to know how much can the ECM control? If my BLMs are both at like 116 -118 is the computer adjusting that much ? i read about this once but i couldnt find the article agin. thanxs

To be complete, both the MAF and VE tables should be tuned.

At 116-118 the PCM is removing about 9% fuel, which is a little on the rich side, you want to see it in the 124-132 range.
