OBD2 code help
OK I checked my 2000 SSEi and it's setting 2 "P0440" codes.
EVAP Emiss System MAL.
Does someone have a troubleshooting matrix on this code?
Or a place I can get detailed OBD2 info other than just the code titles. I tried the Bonneville board but this one gives better info.
It's a basic code so maybe you can point me in a good dir. The car is bone stock but has 102K on it. I got it cheap 2 weeks ago. So I have not messed with any on the lines. The code sets a day after a "check gas cap" message is also shown on the driver info display. Caps fine I think. I've cleared it a few times but it's getting annoying. Thanks
