The question that I have is when I do the obd1 conv. will a adjustable fuel press have any effect or will th computer compensate like it does with obd2. Or will it be more beneficial to have the adj fuel press reg. with the obd1 conversion. I will put 30# injectors in when I do the tuning. will this be better than using a fuel press reg or should I do the 30's, adjust reg or maybe a bigger injector. please help.

The computer would just compensate.
You can do all the injector tuning in the computer and never have to touch fuel pressure, IMHO.
You're probably OK with 30's. Never hurts to go bigger though.
